A3ScanDoc.com is independently owned and managed by Guangzhou Yaojin Trading Co., Ltd. (广州姚锦贸易有限公司).

1. Shipping Arrangements
We package your notebooks carefully and work with trusted carriers to get them where they need to go. Delivery estimates are provided, but delays can happen (customs, weather, holidays).

2. Risk of Loss
Once the carrier picks up your order, responsibility shifts to them. That means if a package gets lost in transit, we’ll assist you, but delivery carriers govern the process.

3. Tracking & Notifications
We provide tracking information so you can watch your order’s progress. Check the tracking link in your email or account dashboard.

4. International Shipments
If you’re outside our base country, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. Those costs are the receiver’s responsibility.
