Thanks for choosing A3ScanDoc! These Sales & Order Terms outline how orders work from start to finish. When you place an order (online or otherwise), these terms apply.

1. Placing Orders
Orders begin when you send us your specifications (size, cover choices, pages, binding, files, etc.). We’ll send you a confirmation and quote. If everything looks good, your acceptance and payment start the process.

2. Order Acceptance
Once we confirm your order and receive payment, that’s when a binding agreement is formed. If for any reason we can’t fulfill your order (e.g., materials unavailable), we’ll let you know promptly.

3. Changes & Cancellations
Want to change something? We’ll do our best if production hasn’t started. Once production begins, changes may be limited to avoid quality issues.
